PURPOSE:To enable cutting without generating burr, shear droop or layer peel- off on a cut face by making a groove bottom thinner by carving parallel grooves in the longitudinal direction on opposite positions of both faces of a band type material and shearing inside the grooves. CONSTITUTION:When a band type material 8 is put into a roller pair 17, shallow V-shape grooves 8a, 8b are carved on opposite positions of both upper and lower faces of the band type material 8 with an annular cutting edge 26a of an upper roller 26 and an annular cutting edge 29a of a lower roller 29. And when the band type material 8 is put into a roller pair 18, a V-shape groove 8c whose depth and width are expanded is formed on the upper face by an annular cutting edge 27a o an upper roller 27, but the V-shape groove 8b is not expanded by the roller pair 18 and kept in size which is made in passing the roller pair 17. When the band type material 8 is put into a roller pair 19 finally, the V-shape groove 8b of the lower face of the material 8 is expanded by an annular cutting edge 31a of a lower roller 31, and a portion 8e of groove bottoms of the V-shape grooves 8b, 8c which is made thinner can be cut without generation of burr and shear droop with a tip of the annular cutting edge 31a. |
