Device for stopping a tube, bottle or other container with opening and closing controlled by the rotation of the top cap. The device comprises a valve-cap 1 whose plate 4 carries a protruding closing point 5 held by radial blades in the centre of an outlet passage for the liquid, the said plate 4 being extended by a skirt 23 cladding the ring 22 and comprising on its outer periphery two diametrically opposite notches 2 and 3. The valve-cap 1 is associated with a top cap 9 which comprises a plate with a central orifice 11 placed above the point 5 and extended by an outer skirt 12 with two internal ramps 16 and 21 of symmetric and opposite orientation, the said ramps 16 and 21 being used for supporting the lateral notches 2 and 3 of the valve-cap 1.
