PURPOSE:To enable a controlled device to be actuated in the optimum timing, by studying the position of a stroke of a clutch actuator and an engaging start point of a clutch so as to detect a position of the clutch and operate a clutch relay. CONSTITUTION:A device reads the present stroke value of a clutch actuator 30 by a clutch stroke sensor 44. And the device compares this stroke value with the studied stroke value for whether it is larger or not. As a result, when a clutch is positioned in a completely disengaged side, an electric current is allowed to flow in a relay oil 46b of a clutch relay 46, opening a relay switch 46a. And operation of an exhaust brake valve 48 or the like is stopped, while the device, when the clutch is not positioned in the completely disengaged side, enables the adequate action of the exhaust brake valve or the like to be performed by closing the relay switch 46a. |
