PURPOSE:To reduce the size, weight and cost by forming the shape of a metal tank in a tapered shape that a high voltage side is wide and a low voltage side is narrow, containing a circuit element in the tank, and filling an insulator therein. CONSTITUTION:A metal tank 4a is formed in the shape that a high voltage side is wide and a low voltage side is narrow in a tapered shape on the bottom, and circuit elements such as a capacitor 2, a discharge gap 3 and a charging resistor 9 are contained in the tank 4a. Insulator 5 such as oil or liquid Freon is filled in the tank 4a. |
