PURPOSE:To apply always bread crumb with uniform roughness to molded paste food, by setting a conveyer to transport molded paste food and a conveyer to return bread crumb consisting of belt conveyers not to drop bread crumb. CONSTITUTION:Molded paste food is sent by the conveyer 1 using rubber belt or steel belt not to drop bread crumb downward, and bread crumb is sprinkled on the food from the bread crumb applying device 3. The molded paste food is sent from the rear part of the conveyer 1 to the conveyer belt 8 of the following process, unattached bread crumb is dropped from the rear part of the conveyer 1 onto the conveyer 5 to return bread crumb, and returned again to the front part 4 of the conveyer 1. Since the upper belt of the conveyer 5 to return bread crumb is made into a curved state by the flange 7 formed at both neighbors of the front roller 6 of the conveyer 1, the returned bread crumb is dropped on the conveyer 1 under its own weight and transported again.
