PURPOSE:To economically obtain a product in the wider inductance range by forming a plurality of spiral unit patterns to both sides of a flexible film, connecting all patterns in series and folding the film holding magnetic material therebetween. CONSTITUTION:The spiral unit pattern circuits 3-1-3-6 and 8-1-8-6 are respectively formed to the front and rear surfaces of a flexible insulation film 1. Next, the surface adjacent unit pattern circuit conductive patterns connecting the circuits 3-2-3-5, the surface front and rear unit pattern circuit conductive land 4 for obtaining continuation between the circuits 3 and 8 and the conductive portion 6 are formed and all unit pattern circuits are connected in series. Thereafter folding lines are formed between unit pattern circuits and the film 1 is folded so that the circuits 3-1-3-6, 8-1-8-3 generate the magnetic fluxes in almost the same direction, while holding the magnetic materials 10-1-10-5 between the films. Thereby, chip inductances in wider inductance range can be manufactured economically. |
