PURPOSE:To strengthen connection of cone paper with voice coil mechanically and prevent peeling off of the both by pouring a bonding material into numerous holes established on rising part of the neck of cone paper. CONSTITUTION:The cone part 7 whose numerous holes are established on the circumference of surmounting part of the neck is combined with voice coil 5 by the bonding material A. The bonding material B in a part which it protrudes outside from the holes are hardened to sandwich the leading part of the neck to cone paper mechanically. Therefore, such a condition as the cone paper 7 peels out of voice coil 5 following a mechanical stress usually given at time of speaker operation can be prevented. |
