PURPOSE:To prevent for a cam to interfere a formation with its coming out of a metal die and to miniaturize a metal die as well by providing a cam pin, cam block and the second returning pin in the metal die which needs two steps projection. CONSTITUTION:The second ejector plate 22 and the first ejector plate 21 are pushed up by a extended rod 23 and a cam block 17 pushes up the second return pin 16. The inclination at the rear part of the round hole of a cam block 17 comes in contact with the inclination of the notched upper part of a cam pin 18 and when it ascends further the cam block 17 is moved to the rear part. When the tip of the cam block 17 is retreated up to the position away from the notch of the second return pin 16, the ascent of the second return pin 16 is stopped and pushed down by a spring force. When the extended rod 23 ascends further, only an ejector pin 20 ascends thereafter and a two steps projection consists with a stripper block 15 being stopped at the original position. |
