PURPOSE:To shorten the visual confirming time of recording printing, by providing the step part to the heat accumulating glass layer on an insulating substrate and connecting an external lead-out conductor to the conductive electrode to said step part in the side lower than the surface of a heat generating resistor formed to the step part. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulation glass layer 2 having a part 8, from which the heat accumulation glass layer 2 was removed and which is a part where the connection part 3 of a common electrode 9b and an external lead-out conductor 7 is formed, is formed to an insulating substrate 1. A heat generating resistor 4, an individual electrode 9a for supplying a current thereto and the common electrode 9b are formed to the surface of the heat accumulation glass layer 2. The common electrode 9b is also formed to the surface of the part 8 from which the heat accumulation glass layer 2 was removed. The external lead-out conduit 7 is connected to the common electrode 9b at the part 8 having no heat accumulation glass layer 2 and the height of the connection part 3 is made lower than the heat generating resistor 4. |
