PURPOSE:To improve strength, fatigue resisting property, conductivity and the like, by providing grooves for the surface of the base metal of copper beryllium alloy previously, and by filling up the grooves with doubling substance of noble metal. CONSTITUTION:A brush unit 1 is organized with beryllium copper alloy wherein 0.6-some % Be is solidly dissolved in Cu and to them the elements of Co, Fe, Ni and the like are slightly added according to the need. By providing grooves for the surface of the brush unit 1 and filling up the grooves with the doubling substance of noble metal layer 2 and rolling them, the brush unit 1 is filled up and polymerized with the doubling substance. For the noble metal layer 2, silver, palladium alloy, platinum, ruthenium, gold, these alloy materials and the like are used. |
