PURPOSE:To make an inductance adjustment automatic by providing a part of another end of an electrode with a comb-type cut channel as well as by making a solenoid coil through composing electrode materials in a spiral in a periphery of ceramic which is used as a substrate material. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic is used as a substrate 1 material, and a solenoid coil is formed after composing electrode materials 4-6 in a spiral in a periphery of 1. Trimming channels 8-10 are formed on a surface electrode 7 of an electrode terminal 2 with a laser trimming device or a sandblasting trimming device. In a state that this high frequency coil is fixed on a substrate of an electronic equipment, after setting a coil inductance at a value a little lower than a desired value, a function trimming is done by makin-g the trimming channels 8-10 in order that a desired inductance may be obtained with the laser trimming device or the sandblasting trimming device. |
