PURPOSE:To receive data individually with no manual operation by selecting the relevant card based on indication and identification data and writing transmission data on selected specific cards only. CONSTITUTION:A card storing data transmitted from a center 7 as well as identification data for discrimination between the own card from other ones is set to a card attachment part 2. A read mode is set with operation of a keyboard 4, and a CPU 8 decides coincidence between the identification number supplied by ten-key 4 and that read out of the card. If coincidence is obtained between both identification numbers, the transmission data are read out of the card by a card read/write block 14 and displayed on a CRT display device 5 or printed by a printer 6.
