PURPOSE:To improve the S/N of a picture signal by dividing blocks of a photodetector cell further into plural groups, connecting output terminals of selection switches in common with each group, connecting the commonly connected output terminal to a different input terminal of a differential amplifier and using the selector switches so as to select other blocks belonging to other group than a read and driven block at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Output terminals of an odd number of selector switches and output terminals of an even order number of selector switches are connected respectively in common among the selector switches SL1-SLn selecting each output of the blocks BL1-BLn. Succeedingly, a signal DS1 being a result of subtraction of a signal VS2 from a signal VS1 is outputted from a differential amplifier DA1 and a signal DS2 being a result of subtraction of the signal VS1 from the signal VS2 is outputted from a differential amplifier DA2 respec tively and the results are fed respectively to output switches SO1, SO2. Thus, a signal being a mixture of an output of a photodiode selected by the individual switch SW 11 and a switch noise caused by turning on the SW 11 is given as the signal VS1 and the switching noise is given as the signal VS2. |
