PURPOSE:To yield the titled film having micro pores, by a method wherein a layer of a soln. or emulsion of polymers is applied onto a release paper in a rough embossed-pattern with air contained within depressions and the air is allowed to escape through the layer while drying. CONSTITUTION:A layer of a soln. or emulsion of polymers such as a soln. of 15% polyurethane elastomer in DMF (a viscosity of 18 poise) is applied onto a release paper in a rough embossed-pattern with air contained within depressions and the solvent in the applied layer is allowed to give out by means of, for example, a dryer at 140 deg.C to yield a dry film. At this time, the contained air escaped through the applied layer leaves micropores of about 0.5-100mu in dia throughout the surface. A film having good gas permeability is yielded and it is suited for the silver surface layer of artificial fur. |
