PURPOSE:To secure sure electrical connection between a reinforcing plate and a printed board with simple constitution, by forming a contact bar in a body with a cell contact fixed to the printed board and securing contact between said contact bar and a reinforcing member of a keyboard part. CONSTITUTION:A printed board 8 contains an electric arithmetic circuit and also has contact with a cell 6, and a contact bar 22 extended in a prescribed direction is formed in a body with a cell contact 21 fixed to the board 8. The bar 22 has contact with a reinforcing plate 15 attached to the lower surface side of a key printed board 14. Thus an equal potential is secured between an earth pattern 16 formed on the board 8 and the plate 15 via the bar 22.
