发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BALANCE OF BLAST FURNACE BY WATER BLOWING
摘要 PURPOSE:To make uniform the pig iron component and temp. on the same circumference of a blast furnace by detecting the information on the raw ore descending at plural tuyeres by means of narrow visual field sensors having high responsiveness, converting the same to indices and controlling the water blowing rate into blow pipes. CONSTITUTION:The narrow visual field sensor 7 having the high responsiveness is installed to the position of each tuyere 1. Information at a raceway 9 on which the raw ore 8 at the top end of the tuyere 1 falls is continuously measured. The detected signal is amplified by an amplifier 10 having fast responsiveness. The signal is converted to the index indicating the descending rate of the raw ore by a microcomputer 11 to be exclusively used. The measurement is executed with the plural tuyeres of the blast furnace. The indices obtd. with the respective tuyeres are compared by a comparator 12 and the blowing rate of lance nozzles 4 for water blowing is so adjusted that the indices of the respective tuyeres attain set numerical values. The water blowing rate is exactly controlled by the above-mentioned method, by which the tapping temp. and pig iron component on the same circumference of the blast furnace are made uniform.
