LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve operativity by charging liquid crystal composition materials through an open part up to specific thickness while plural liquid- crystal display panels succeed and sealing the open part. CONSTITUTION:Oriented films 12 and 13 are formed on a couple of transparent plastic film substrates 10 and 11 with electrodes except an injection port 14 so that electrode surface sides face each other, forming a large-sized cell. Spacers are blown in and dispersed so as to form a constant gap in the cell and liquid-crystal composition materials are charged; and then the cell is evacuated by using a vacuum package material until the liquid-crystal layer attains to a 7mu thickness, and the connection injection port 16 is sealed at a time by thermocompression bonding. Then, the cell is cut in a specific shape into plural liquid-crystal panels.
