PURPOSE:To reduce a warping and a bending caused by a thermal distortion, by providing a cooling guide on the opposite surface of a working material to which a laser is made incident, or the lower part and the upper part, and giving selectively a cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:An assist gas 6 is led to a working head 7, a drying liquid such as ethyl ether, etc. or a gas such as dry ice, etc. is used as a cooling medium 9 of a laser working device jetting it to a working material, a solenoid valve 10 is provided on a cooling medium supply passage, and also a cooling guide 8 is placed on an upper part 11 or a lower part 12 of a working material 5. In this state, the working material 5 is supported by a diagonal cleat 13, etc., and at the same time of cutting working, as for a working shape A, the solenoid valve 10 is closed, and as for a shape B, it is opened and the cooling is executed. In this regard, the solenoid valve 10 can be provided on the upper part and the lower part, respectively. Also, since a drying liquid or a gas is used for the cooling medium, a post-treatment such as an elimination of rusting, etc. becomes unnecessary. |
