PURPOSE:To execute carrying in the shortest time, to prevent external and internal variations of a treating body, and to improve the productivity by providing each work station for executing stepwise each working process, on a closed space, and carrying successively and automatically the treating body in the closed space. CONSTITUTION:Plural work stations I, II and III for working a treating body 5 are provided in series, and also so that gateways 11a, 2a and 11a of the treating body 5 are opened to a work space 15a, on one side of a closed tank 15. Also, on the other side of the closed tank 15, a placing and opening/closing cover 8 of the treating body 5 is installed in series and also so as to be freely liftable in accordance with the gateways 11a, 2a and 11a. Subsequently, a pair of carrying shafts 23, 23 are provided in parallel so as to move forward and backward freely along the cover 8 group by passing through the closed tank 15, on the upper position of each placing and opening/ closing cover 8. Also, an engaging and detaching claw 26 for holding the treating body 5 is provided at a right opposed position of the cover 8 of the work stations I, II, and an axial direction forward and backward moving device and a turning device of the carrying shafts 23, 23 are provided on the outside of the closed tank 15.
