PURPOSE:To prepare a fish paste product resembling the meat of crab leg in the feeling to the palate and the appearance, in high efficiency, by forming proper incision grooves longitudinally and transversally to a flat web of raw material of the fish paste product, rolling the web in the form of a cylinder, coloring to the color of crab leg meat, and cutting to a definite length. CONSTITUTION:Longitudinal incision grooves 4 with narrow gaps and nearly transversal incision grooves 7 with broad gaps are applied to the flat web 1 of the raw material, and the web is transferred longitudinally, rolled from one side with a rolling device 15 to form a continuous cylindrical form, colored to the color of crab leg meat, and cut to a definite length. The fish paste product prepared by the above process resembles the crab leg meat in its feeling to the palate and appearance, and at the same time, the coloring of the product can be carried out easily and neatly either by the direct coloring or by the transfer coloring with the packaging paper because there is no surface irregularity such as stepped parts on the circumference of the product. The fish paste product having high quality can be prepared continuously in high efficiency. |
