The fish paste product prepared by the above process resembles the crab leg meat in its feeling to the palate and appearance, and at the same time, the coloring of the product can be carried out easily and neatly either by the direct coloring or by the transfer coloring with the packaging paper because there is no surface irregularity such as stepped parts on the circumference of the product. The fish paste product having high quality can be prepared continuously in high efficiency.
