PURPOSE:To reduce deterioration of compression strength of a side wall part and peeling strength of a paper layer of the side wall part by preventing deterioration of an appearance, by a method wherein draw and wipe forming of a laminated layer containing paper is performed and peeling and swelling within the paper layer are controlled. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film member 10 consists of a plurality of layers consisting of paper and either plastics or a metal foil or both the plastics and metal foil. The film member 10 can be constituted with only a plurality of layers consisting of the paper. When a draw forming is performed while a side wall part is being compressed strongly by setting a clearance 16 between a punch 12 and die 14 smaller than a thickness of the laminated film member applicable prior to processing, the laminated film member constituting the side wall part of a molded article is compressed strongly in a thicknessward direction, the paper layer is varied in the thicknessward direction, a volume of the same becomes small and density becomes thick. Although the side wall part is compressed strongly and the density becomes thick, a bottom wall part is not compressed substantially. The density of the bottom wall part, therefore, before and after drawing processing does not change substantially and the density of a material is maintained. |
