PURPOSE:To prevent an inverted output due to a double pulse by providing an RS flip-flop circuit operated as a latch circuit to the post-stage of an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A power supply V1 supplies a charging current to a capacitor C1 via a switch S1. The switch S1 is switched by an output Vs of a window comparator 1. When an output signal of the comparator 1 is at a high level, the capacitor C1 is charged. If chattering appears in a terminal voltage Vc because of the oscillation, the chattering appears at an output of the operation amplifier A3. The output level, however, of the RS flip-flop circuit provided as a latch circuit 3 is unchanged. |
