PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the productivity by enabling the mechanization of the winding of a small toroidal coil by a method wherein a tube is connected to a tension rod formed to a sack of flexible film and the tension rod is pressurized or evacuated. CONSTITUTION:The tension rod 153 is formed to a sack out of flexible synthetic resin thin film of polyethylene or the like, and then fixed to a plate 152. The tube 154, pressuring or evacuating the rod 153 by connection to the rod 153, is connected to a pressure air source and a vacuum pump via switching valve. Even when a tensile force is applied to the wire 6 of the toroidal coil, an impact force does not work, and the damage or disconnection of the insulation film of the wire 6 does not occur. Mechanization of the winding of the toroidal coil is enabled, and the productivity can be largely improved. |
