<p>PURPOSE:To simplify structure and assembling for labor saving through mass production by winding an insulation sheet polymerizing a conductive material to the circumference of pass core body loaded into the gap surrounded by internal separation frame in the side of primary coil of stacked iron core and by forming a curled portion at the external end of sheet. CONSTITUTION:An insulation sheet 20 polymerizing, for example, a conductive material 22 of aluminum foil is wound to the circumference of a pass-core body 9 and an elastic curled portion 23 is formed to the external edge of sheet 20 with the conductive material 22 located at the front side. This pass-core 8 is loaded between the gap 7 formed in the area surrounded by the intermediate separation frames 2a in the side of primary coil 3 of stacked iron core 1. Thereby, assembling can be done with a single process and moreover earthing can be made by placing the curled portion 23 in contact with the stacked iron core 1.</p> |
