<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the wood like decorative sheet without the occurrence of warpage and separation by a method in which cellulose family fine powder aggregate mixed into thermoplastic resin and formed into a sheet, is cured by heating, and its surface is sanding-treated, and further a decorative veneer is caused to adhere to said treated surface with an adhesive intervening there between. CONSTITUTION: A plasticizer and 5-50wt% cellulose family fine powder aggregate (e.g. wooden chip, etc.) 1a which has preferably 80-200 mesh average particle diameter and preferably 3 wt% or less degree of air-dried moisture, are mixed into thermoplastic resin (e.g. vinyl chloride resin, etc.) 1b, and it is formed into 0.3-3mm thick resin sheet 1. Next, said sheet is left as it is e.g. at 70 deg.C for 24 hours and cured by heating, and then surface skin layer X is removed by sanding treatment. Then, the decorative veneer 2 such a s a natural wooden thin sheet is caused to adhere to said treated surface with an adhesive 3 intervening there between. Thus, the objective decorative sheet is obtained.</p> |
