PURPOSE:To quicken heating of lower molding thus to quicken melting of ice or snow on the lower molding by arranging a semi-conductor ceramic having positive characteristic onto the rear face of lower molding through graphite layer. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor ceramic 1 having positive characteristic applied with a graphite layer 7 is contacted thermally and electrically with a lower molding 3 of chassis. Then, it is position through a resin insulation ring 8 to push said ceramic 1 into an aluminum housing 9 through a spring 5. Thereafter, power is fed through a lead wire 6 to the ceramic 1 to heat the lower molding 3.
