PURPOSE:To enable a building ventilation to be adapted for four seasons in Japan by a method wherein slider ventilation port provided with an adjusting mechanism is arranged at an air chamber inside the door. CONSTITUTION:During summer season, since the slider ventilation port 2 is opened, the wind is passed through the ventilation port 5 in the ventilation door at the upstream side, air chamber 4, aeration port 12, aeration ports 13, 14 and 15 of the slider ventilation port 2 and then flows into the space 26 of a ceiling room. In turn, at the downstream side, a pulling force is applied under a negative pressure, the hot air in the ceiling room space 26 is passed through the aeration ports 15, 14, 13 of the slider ventilation port 2, air chamber 4 and aeration port 5 of a ventilation door 1 and then discharged out of the house. During winter season, if a switch is changed over, a low speed motor is rotated, an arm 21 is pulled, a fulcrum point fixed to the plate 17 is simultaneously slid to close the aeration ports 13 and 15. In this way, the eaves door is ventilated and closed, thereby a comfortable dwelling circumstance can be created both in summer and winter.
