PURPOSE:To provide a material to be compounded to a dry food such as cookie, and effective to give a sense of satiety by taking only a small amount of the food, by impregnating a food oil to a food fiber swellable with water. CONSTITUTION:A food fiber swellable by contacting with water (e.g. isagol, mannan, etc.) is impregnated with a food oil, stirred, and left to stand for a definite time. |
