摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the workability of a fuel injection valve at its starting time at a low temperature and to improve the response thereof at the time of a high temperature by controlling according to the temperature around said valve the set weight of a spring which forces a moving core coupled with a valve body as one body in the direction where it does apart from a fixed iron core. CONSTITUTION:The above-captioned injection valve has therein a hollow fixed iron core 13 at a central portion within a housing 11 shaped almost cylindrically and has a moving core 14 positioned with a space at the lower end surface portion thereof. The moving core 14 has an integrated needle valve 30 having a valve member 31 sittably placed on a valve seat 33 formed at one end of a body 32. The moving core 14 is being forced by a spring 15 in the direction to close said valve. In this case, the iron core 13 is provided with a pipe 12 and a thermowax 1 at its hollow portion wherein one end of the thermowax 1 abuts on the end of the spring 15 while the other end abuts on one end of the pipe 12. Thereby the thermowax 1 expands or contacts according to the temperature around said valve enabling to change the set load on the spring 15. |
