A gas and fluid mixture passes through a pipe (12) from the evaporator (3) to the separator (4) where the fluid is separated, whilst the gaseous medium passes through a further pipe (13) to the compressor. The fluid is collected in the base of the separator, and connected through a pipe (9) back to the evaporator. The separator and the evaporator, together with their two pipes (9,12) form a part circuit which under varying conditions works with a greater or lesser fluid amount. Under the mouth of the pipe to the separator is a collector (5) for the coolant medium mixed with oil. The collector is funnel-shaped, and surrounded by a mixing chamber (7) with the mixture then fed through a pipe (14) to a heat exchanger (6). The mixture is fed upwards through pipes in the heat exchanger where it is surrounded by hot fluid from a condenser (2). This enables coolant from the mixing chamber to be evaporated, after which the formed gas-oil mixture is fed to the compre-sor. |
