PURPOSE:To prevent completely the fold caused on the flange part of a material by supporting a cushion pin and blank holder at a fixed pressure always in a die cushion. CONSTITUTION:The cushion pad 31 on which the cushion pin 10 penetrating freely slidably a bolster 28 and lower die stands is supported by a freely elastic bellows 33 in a die cushion. The bellows 33 is supported on the ascending and descending plate 29 which is supported freely movably vertically with keeping a parallel state to the bolster 28. And when the cushion pin 10 is moved verti cally corresponding to a slide stroke, the cushion pad 31 is moved vertically and with rotating a servo motor 34 to that the distance between the cushion pad 31 and vertically moving plate 22 can make the prescribed value and with moving vertically the plate 22 by linking therewith the distance between the cushion pad 31 and plate 22 is always kept within the fixed linking errors. |
