PURPOSE:To prevent cables connected between a turret and a hull from gas and surplus tension even in turning of the hull by providing a separator roller for guiding cables to a groove on the wall surface of a through hole in the hull. CONSTITUTION:A cable 3 or the like is wound around and received both in a groove 1b on a turret 1 and a groove 2b in a through hole 2. And while a hull A turns in the direction of arrow and rotates relative to the turret 1, one separator roller 4 guides the cable 3 received in the groove 1b on the circumferential surface 1a of turret to the other separator roller 5 side, while the roller 5 guides the cable to the groove 2b on the wall surface 2a of through hole and receives it therein. Thus, in the turning of the hull A the cable 3 only moves between grooves 1b, 2b and the relative position is not moved so that sag and surplus tension are not produced. Thus, accidents such as twist, crack cut-off of the cables can be prevented.
