A semi automatic moulding installation for the production of concrete products in moulding units (2) which are moved to a number of work stations (A-E) via a transport device (1) for successive work operations. The moulding units involve a plate (21), with an upper edge, which is designed to bear up the mould walls (25) within which the concrete product is moulded. The plate can be transported via the transport device (1) and can also operate as an independent transport unit independently of the transport device. The work stations (D,E,F) exist for intensified boosting of tenacity in the moulded concrete having, at least, a vibration device (7), a cylinder device (5) for pressing the concrete and a device (6) for the extraction of surplus water. A work station (G) is equipped for the destruction of the mould via the stripping of the mould walls from the plate after the concrete has achieved the requisite tenacity. Another transport line is arranged for the plates carrying the moulded concrete product remaining on the transport device to a storage area (83) for the product's continued hardening. The equipment for the intensified hardening of the concrete is designed with a capacity for hardening to take place in tandem with the required timespan for production throughput in the installation.<IMAGE> |
