PURPOSE:To enable build-up operation by a robot, by performing the operation of an emitting gun only by the ON/OFF operation of said gun and making it possible to arbitrarily regulate the amount of the viscous material supplied to the emitting gun by fluid pressure acting on a piston. CONSTITUTION:When the coating and filling work of a sealing agent is performed by an industrial robot 19, a material cylinder 15 is at first filled with a predetermined amount of the material through primary side pressure feed piping 16 and an exhaust pipe 31 is subsequently closed to perform build-up work to a panel. When the material W to be built up is max., motor valves M1-M3 are operated by the signal from a control means 30 to open a pipeline 29a while to close pipelines 29b, 29c. Contrarily, when said material W is min., the motor valves M1-M3 are operated to open only the pipeline 29c. When an emitting amount increases from a small one to a large one, the exhaust pipe 31 is once opened to release residual pressure.
