The press consists of a bell shaped like a spherical helmet, mounted on guide columns and closed by a flexible rubber membrane. It carries a pipe for admitting fluid into the bell. A perforated belt with multiple holes is mounted on rollers of the machine frame over a flexible support with flexible membrane enclosing a lower chamber full of pressure fluid e.g. water. The wet clothes are placed on belt.
