PURPOSE:To carry out the injection molding of a composition prepared by extruding and granulating an oil-extended rubber and a resin, or a rubber, an extender oil and a resin under foaming, crushing the granulated product, and mixing with additional oil, additional resin, filler, pigment, etc., to effect the uniform dispersion of the components. CONSTITUTION:The main components composed of (A) a vinyl aromatic thermoplastic rubber containing 10-50(wt)% vinyl aromatic monomer, (B) an extender oil composed of naphthenic or paraffinic process oil, or an oil-extended rubber prepared by mixing the components A and B and (C) a thermoplastic resin having the total vinyl aromatic monomer content of >=70%, are added with 0.01-1pt. of a foaming agent (preferably organic foaming agent) and 0-1pt. of a foaming assistant. The components are mixed homogeneously with a mixer and extruded and granulated under foaming. The obtained granules are crushed to particle diameter of <=5mm, optionally added with additional oil, additional resin, filler and/or pigment, mixed homogenously with a mixer, and injection- molded.
