PURPOSE:To allow an engaging block to be elastically biased, and rotate the block by lever operation, by designing the engaging block having a lock guide surface at a top portion to be horizontally rotatable, and connecting a rotative shaft portion through an elastic member to a lever. CONSTITUTION:An engaging block 9 having a lock guide surface 5 at a top portion is provided in such a manner as to be horizontally rotatable about a rotative shaft 11 in a vertical hole 10 of a base 6. the rotative shaft 11 is formed with a mounting hole 17 at a lower end thereof, and is connected to a lever 16 mounted to the base 6 by mounting an elastic member 7 such as a coil spring between a fixing member 15 stopped by a split ring 18 and the lever 16. The engaging block 9 is biased by the elastic member 7, and is rotated against the elastic member 7 upon locking of a container. With this arrangement, the block 9 may be rotated by operating the lever 16, and the container may be simply locked and unlocked. Further, overall construction may be made compact.
