<p>PURPOSE:To obtain plural copies only by one depression even if copying is required by the number of sheets more than the number of bins of a sorter by discharging white paper to the surface of copied sheets discharged to each bin and discharging successively copied sheet continuously to the surface of the white paper. CONSTITUTION:When 30 copies for each of 10 originals are required, the 1st original is exposed by 20 times on the surface of a contact glass 102, switched back by an invertion part 203 and then stored in an intermediate tray 202 through a passage 208 in case of an automatic original feeding (ADF) mode. The 20 transfer sheets are sorted to the 1st-20th bins of the sorter 300. When copying of 20 copies of each of 10 originals has been completed by repeating said operation, 10 white transfer sheets are sorted to the 1st-10th bins to be used as the borders of sheets. Then, the original stored in the tray 202 is fed, exposed 10 times each on the glass 102 and then the residual originals are also copied repeatedly and sorted into the 1st-10th bins. Consequently, the total 30 copies consisting of the preceding 20 copies and the succeeding 10 copies can be obtained in each original.</p> |
