PURPOSE:To simply form an armature coil of delta-connection by forming a plurality of coils by winding a coil on a bobbin in the prescribed number and connecting them in series, and forming it in a disc shape. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 1 is rotatably supported by the bearing of a case, and a coil unit 2 and a commutator unit 3 are provided on the shaft. The unit 3 has a small-diameter portion and a commutator holder integrally on the outer periphery of a central hole, and a ring-shaped varistor is buried in the holder. Three commutator segments 3B-1 - 3B-3 are secured to the holder. In the unit 2, strands mare wound on a coil bobbin to form armature coils 2A - 2C. The coils 2A - 2C are annularly aligned on the same plane in a jig, and an insulator is filled and solidified. The starting and finishing ends of the coils are connected, and soldered to risers 3b-1 - 3b-3 of the commutator 3. |
