The dispensing container (4) is provided with at least one pair of electrodes (AA', BB') connected respectively to the terminals (- and +) of at least one DC power source (VV'), one of the electrodes (A', B') being arranged at the bottom of the dispensing container (4) and the other electrode (A, B) at the top of the latter.
