PURPOSE:To secure grounding by cutting an end part of an electrophotographic film which has an insulating layer, conductive layer, and photoconductive layer laminated successively and slantingly in the thickness direction, and pressing a conductive elastic body against the slanting surface in the thickness direction. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic film 10 is constituted by laminating the insulating layer 10a made of, for example, a plastic film as a base, transparent conductive layer 10b formed on the insulating layer 10a, and photoconductive layer 10c which functions as a photosensitive body and is provided on the conductive film 10b. The end surface of the film 10 which needs to be grounded is cut slantingly in the thickness direction to form the slanting surface 10d. The conductive elastic body 15 is pressed in the thickness direction of the film 10 and fitted to the slanting surface 10d and the elastic body 15 connected electrically to the conductive layer 10b is led out to the surface of the end part of the film 10. Thus, the secure grounding is attained. |
