PURPOSE:To save the driver of a vehicle the operation for warming up an engine, by providing a coupling between a choke valve and a choke knob, and also providing a bimetal timer for connecting and disconnecting a power source for a starter and another bimetal timer for setting the time for warming up the engine. CONSTITUTION:A coupling 12 is provided between cable wires 13 and 14 extended between a choke valve 8 and a choke knob 9. A first bimetal timer 4 serves to connect and disconnect a power source for a starter intermittently while a second bimetal timer 6 is used for setting the time for warming up an engine. When a main switch 1 is closed and a timer 2 for setting the starting time is turned ON, the starter 5 repeats ON-OFF switching and the engine speed is raised to a required level. Subsequently, when the set time of the timer 6 is passed, a solenoid 7 is energized for resetting the choke valve 8 and keeping on idling operation. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to save the driver of a vehicle the labor for warming up an engine by himself before starting the vehicle. |
