PURPOSE:To prevent tools from being contaminated with a solution produced during thawing of raw ingredients by the use of an electronic oven, by equipping a net part of drainboard or supporting legs of the drainboard net detachably with a tray to receive solution. CONSTITUTION:The drainboard net part 10 made of a resin, the plural supporting legs 7 to hold the drainboard net part 10, and the tray 8 to receive solution, made of a resin, are formed, and the tray 8 to receive a solution is detachably attached to the drainboard net part 10 or the supporting legs 7. Consequently, all the solution discharged from the food 4 during thawing by the use of an electronic oven are received by the receiver tray 8, so that other tools are not contaminated, and the receiver tray is separated from the drainboard net part, and both the receiver tray and the drainboard net parts can be washed.
