PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of the incorrect movement of a slide and to elevate the product accuracy with making upper die the separating condition from the slide by fitting the manifold incorporating a high pressure fluid cylinder between the slide and upper die and by pressing the upper die with the piston of this cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The incorrect vertical movement of a slide 8 based on the accuracy decline of the guide member 10 of the slide 8 or the shape of a product can be corrected and the accuracy of a product can be elevated as well as the life of a metal die 4 be prolonged with keeping uniformly the clearance of the upper and lower dies, because of the pressing made by the slide 8 which is separated from the upper die 6 via the manifold 17 incorporating a high pressure fluid cylinder. The pressure of each cylinder of the inside of the manifold 17 can be set to the necessary value, if necessary with fitting to a product. |
