发明名称 VENTILATION ADJUSTING METHOD OF SINTERED RAW MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the gas permeability of a raw material layer, and to improve the sintered ore manufacturing efficiency by fetching a part of a sintered raw material, converting it to a coarse particle by a pelletizer, and thereafter, supplying this coarse particle to the lowest layer of a pallet raw material layer of a sintering machine, when manufacturing a sintered ore. CONSTITUTION:Sintered raw materials such as a powdery iron ore, coke, a sintered return ore, etc. are cut out of a raw material compounding tank 1, fed to a mixer 2 and mixed enough. A part of this mixed raw material is fed to a pelletizer 7, and granulated to a solid coarse particle whose particle size is 3-5mm by adding a binder such as calcium hydroxide, bentonite, etc. This granulated article is put into an ore tank 3 together with the remaining sintered raw material, fetched from a drum feeder 4 of the bottom part, and a sintered raw material layer 10 is formed on a pallet of a sintering machine 6 through a classifier 8. In this case, by supplying the coarse particle granulated to 3-5mm by the classifier 8 to the lowest layer of the raw material layer on the pallet, the gas permeability of the raw material layer 10 is improved, the sintering property is improved, and the production efficiency of the sintered ore is improved.
