PURPOSE:To form the cutting shape having the superior cutting performance by forming a ridge along the main surface of a projecting terminal at an arbitrary part of a case and arranging a transfer cutting edge and a fixed cutting edge on the both side-surface sides of the ridge. CONSTITUTION:Onto an arbitrary part of a case 11, a ridge 4 along the main surface of a projecting conducting terminal part 2 is formed. The tilt angle of the upper-side inclined surface of the ridge 14 and the cutting angle of a fixed cutting edge 13 or the cutting angle of a transfer cutting edge 12 are set to a proper angle. When the transfer cutting edge 12 is slided along the upper-side inclined surface of the ridge 14, the both edges 12 and 13 cross each other, and the conducting terminal part 2 is shear-cut, scooping-out the vicinity of the case 11 or a part of the case. Therefore, the cutting performance of the cutting edges 12 and 13 can be improved, and the service life of the cutting edge can be improved, and the outside appearance of the case 11 can be improved.
