PURPOSE:To prevent the nonuniform thermal deformation of a constitution member and secure the high precision by charging the inside of the hollow part of a hollow constitution member with liquid and forming a gas introducing port for blowing gas onto the lower part of a liquid and making uniform the temperature of the liquid by the agitation action of the buoyancy of the gas. CONSTITUTION:The gas blown-in from a gas introducing port 23a forms gas foams 25, which are raised by buoyancy and take the liquid 22 on the periphery. In other words, a rising stream is generated over the introducing port 23a, and the gas foams 25 floated-up to the upper-part liquid surface 22a are separated from the liquid 22 and discharged outside a constitution member 21, while the rising liquid stream separated from the gas foams 25 on the upper-part liquid surface 22a returns and descends in the part free from the rising stream, and circulates towards the bottom part. A number of small swirls are generated in the liquid 22 between the rising foam current and the descending liquid current, and said swirls stir and mix the liquid 22, and the inside temperature is made uniform. Further, said swirls accelerate the heat transfer between the inside liquid, the inner wall of the constitution member 21, and the fluid 22, and the high heat transfer is permitted, and the thermal deformation due to the temperature difference is eliminated.
