PURPOSE:To prevent a polluting residue with respect to a mechanism part by constituting such that the filter of a combustible cartridge type can be changed in a package. CONSTITUTION:After measurement, testing and monitor are completed, the operation of the mechanism part is slopped vinyl hoes 45 and 45', a seal band 46, a nipple 43 and a seal collar are detached from an air suction pipe 34 and a discharge tube 41. Then, with respect to a casing 2, an opening/closing cover 10 is opened through separation of a clamp 12 to take out a cartridge 28 from an attaching/detaching chamber 24, and the cartridge 28 which is held by the upper housing 29 and the lower housing 30 of the filter 42 is burnt and disposed including said two parts. Thus an operator can dispose a radio-active material without touching it thanks to detaching directly the filter 42, whereby the will not be exposed radioactivity and after-treatment can be safely carried out.
