PURPOSE:To quickly switch the ports and accurately open and close them by providing a means that actuates against a biasing means a movable piece that reciprocatively moves a valve body to selectively open or close the ports. CONSTITUTION:When a solenoid 10 is energized, a force acts upon a movable piece 5 to attract the same to the yoke side 7. Because of this, the movable piece 5 is displaced to the left to cause a valve body 4 to close an inlet port 1. Under such a condition, a support member 16 is displaced to the right in relation to the movable piece 5. In this instance, as there is a play in the radial direction between the support member 16 and the movable piece 5, even if the centers of the inlet port 1 or outlet port 2 and the valve body 4 are misaligned, the misalignment is absorbed by said play, ensuring the accurate opening and closing action.
