PURPOSE:To prevent the control fluid from leaking outside by disposing a separator between the stator and rotor that functions as a pressure-resistant member and is made of nonmagnetic material in a hollow cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A separator 5 that is made of nonmagnetic material in a hollow cylindrical shape with a bottom is fixedly attached to the upper part of the valve body 10 with a packing 15 interposed. The rotor 3 of magnetic material is rotatably contained inside the separator, however, its vertical movement is regulated by the packing 15. The spindle of the rotor 3 and the valve body 4 are joined by screwing, and the valve body 4 is moved vertically by the rotation of the rotor. A stator 2 that has an armature coil 1 to receive the electrical input is disposed around the separator 5, which in cooperation with the rotor makes up a stepping motor.
